Henry Schein has informed us of the availability of COVID-19 related items below. They have included their current relevant policies. You are asked to please work with your local Henry Schein representative. 

Alcohol Prep Pads

• Restriction removed.
• Look-back time period removed, so customer doesn’t have to wait 5 days to order.
• Accepting back-orders, but we will have to manage through as orders accumulate.

Blood Infusion Sets

• Restriction quantities are set to the case, with some exceptions. Accepting back-orders on the Blood Infusion Set category.

Face Masks

• Increased the ration quantity on all face masks to 6 boxes, except for BYD Level 2 (138-2746) which is unrestricted-no limits.
• Removed look-back time period, so customer doesn’t have to wait 7 days to order.
• Accepting back-orders on all stocking masks, but will have to manage through if orders begin to accumulate. Please keep in mind that inventory is still slow coming in, especially on Level 3's, so please consider what you put on back-order.  

Face Shields

• Increased ration quantity to 500 disposable or 50 reusable face shields.
• Removed look-back time period, so customer doesn’t have to wait 7 days to order.
• Accepting back-orders on all stocking face shields.

Gloves

• 20 boxes for exam gloves and 8 boxes for surgical gloves with some exceptions. Customers cannot exceed combined ration amount of 40 boxes within 7 calendar days from date of invoice.
• Customers who have not purchased gloves from us in Q3/Q4 2019 will be restricted.
• We are not accepting back-orders on the glove category.  

Hand Sanitizer

• Restriction removed for all except GOJO.
• Removed the look-back time period, so the customer doesn’t have to wait 5 days to order.
• Accepting backorders.
• GOJO branded items will still have restrictions. We have increased restrictions to case quantities with a few SKU’s with no restrictions.

Isolation Gowns

• Restriction removed.
• Removed look-back time period, so the customer doesn’t have to wait 5 days to order.
• Accepting back-orders.

IV Solutions

• Restriction quantities are set to the case quantity per SKU.
• Customers will not be able to place orders if they have exceeded the limit for the category in the last 5 calendar days.

IV Extension Sets

• Restriction quantities are set to the case, with some exceptions. Accepting back-orders on the IV Extension Set category.
• Customers will not be able to place orders if they have exceeded the limit for the category in the last 5 calendar days.

Jackets & Lab Coats

• Restriction removed.
• Removed look-back time period, so the customer doesn’t have to wait 5 days to order.
• Accepting back-orders, but will have to manage through as orders accumulate.

Protective Eyewear

• Restriction quantities are set to 12 per SKU, with some exceptions on case quantity items.

Shoe Covers

• Restriction quantities are set to the case, with some exceptions. 
• For web orders, customers will not be able to place an order for shoe covers if they have exceeded the restriction amount in the last 5 calendar days.
• We are no longer accepting back-orders on the shoe cover category. 

Surface Disinfectants – Wipes

• Most wipes are now restricted to 3 canisters per SKU. (Best supply on CaviWipes item # 6402805)
• For web orders, customers will not be able to place an order for wipes if they have exceeded the restriction for the category in the last 5 calendar days.
• No longer accepting back-orders on the surface disinfection wipe category.  

Thermometers

• Restriction improved on Welch Allyn probe cover item #566-0460, restriction quantity is now 4 with 5-day look back. No other updates for probe cover items at this time.
• Sejoy IR touchless thermometer, item #138-1505, has stock available in Indy with a quantity restriction of 10.
• Medsource IR touchless thermometers, items # 137-8300 / #137-8299, are available with no quantity restrictions.
• Amsino IR touchless thermometer, item #138-2042, is available with no quantity restrictions.
• Welch Allyn thermometer, item #672-0174, is taking back-orders with no quantity restrictions. Inventory is expected by middle of June.
• Other SKU restriction quantities range from 1-10 per SKU with some exceptions.
